This home is beautiful inside and out, with amazing views from every room. Sarah was a fantastic host and communicated well throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. The double dishwasher and double laundry were incredibly convenient and allowed us to spend more time enjoying the cabin. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Sarah was an excellent host! She was very helpful and pro-active with reaching out. The house was in a good location and I loved that my family of 5 was able to walk to restaurants and shops. We would stay here again!

We loved our time here and are so grateful for the recommendations and responsiveness of our host! The house had everything we needed and more— the bunk room was a huge hit with our crew and it was the perfect home to end each of our days after adventuring or soaking up the sun. The neighborhood was beautiful and our kids felt safe and independently rode bikes often, something we loved for them! We appreciated the awesome golf cart to haul our belongings back and forth to the beach, and it was also fun to have the option to bike there instead. Thanks for making our first visit to 30A so memorable and for opening your beautiful home to our families!

We just got back from Sarah’s place and we miss the peacefulness already. We stayed with four children and 6 adults and we were never bored while being in the cabin. The beds were super comfy and Sarah was really responsive with anything we needed. We would definitely love to stay at Sarah’s place again in the future.

Sarah was super nice! I had a last minute cancellation of another place and Sarah was quick to try to accommodate us with a same day check in! She was responsive, friendly, and made us feel taken care of! We had such a great time!

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought Sarah put into every detail. She was incredibly informative, kind, and easy to communicate with. The location was breathtaking, and the home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need — shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a Dyson blow dryer, and so much more. The kitchen was hands down the best stocked Airbnb kitchen we’ve ever had. We love to cook, and it had everything and more. The home was spacious and perfect for our family. We stayed mostly in the downstairs bedroom since we co-sleep, and this was the first place that truly accommodated that comfortably. The bunk room was amazing — three built-in bunks with queen mattresses, a huge room, and an equally spacious bathroom. The backyard and jacuzzi were the perfect finishing touch. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you so much, Sarah & Chad!

We had a great family getaway! The house was clean and well outfitted for our needs. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and is minutes from all the fun in Hochatown.

Our family of 5 plus a new puppy had a wonderful stay here. We've stayed at a number of homes in Broken Bow/Hochatown and this one was one of the best. It all starts with Sarah who was very helpful with the booking process (and also allowed us to extend one night - we made request before we got there), explaining what the house had to offer, providing recommendations, etc. My kids enjoyed all the indoor and outdoor games. Very clean and plenty of utensils, dishes and everything you need in the kitchen. Great experience all around. Thank you Sarah. Highly recommend.
