Sarah was super nice! I had a last minute cancellation of another place and Sarah was quick to try to accommodate us with a same day check in! She was responsive, friendly, and made us feel taken care of! We had such a great time!

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought Sarah put into every detail. She was incredibly informative, kind, and easy to communicate with. The location was breathtaking, and the home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need — shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a Dyson blow dryer, and so much more. The kitchen was hands down the best stocked Airbnb kitchen we’ve ever had. We love to cook, and it had everything and more. The home was spacious and perfect for our family. We stayed mostly in the downstairs bedroom since we co-sleep, and this was the first place that truly accommodated that comfortably. The bunk room was amazing — three built-in bunks with queen mattresses, a huge room, and an equally spacious bathroom. The backyard and jacuzzi were the perfect finishing touch. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you so much, Sarah & Chad!

We had a great family getaway! The house was clean and well outfitted for our needs. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and is minutes from all the fun in Hochatown.

Our family of 5 plus a new puppy had a wonderful stay here. We've stayed at a number of homes in Broken Bow/Hochatown and this one was one of the best. It all starts with Sarah who was very helpful with the booking process (and also allowed us to extend one night - we made request before we got there), explaining what the house had to offer, providing recommendations, etc. My kids enjoyed all the indoor and outdoor games. Very clean and plenty of utensils, dishes and everything you need in the kitchen. Great experience all around. Thank you Sarah. Highly recommend.

This house had everything we were looking for and then some! It is fully stocked with amenities, great location, private hot tub, awesome golf cart, beautiful community pool/spa and very nicely decorated. There is plenty to do around the area, never a dull moment. The host Sarah is vey responsive and will make sure your stay is the best it can be, could not recommend this place more!

House was amazing. We loved the porch with the fireplace and tv. The inside was amazing. Kitchen came stocked. Will definitely recommend this house and these people to anyone who ask. If I could give more stars I would.

This getaway was amazing! The family and I loved the set up and had lots to do during our trip! Sarah was always responsive and gave us great recommendations! The hot tub and the basketball court were the biggest hits for the family! 5 star for sure! Also there was a Christmas tree up for our stay!

My family had a wonderful time at this cabin. There was plenty to do, we really enjoyed the pickleball court, fire pit, and all the games the cabin provided. It was beautiful, private, quite and very close to town. The host was amazing, and we will be returning in the future.

Sarah's beach house was a wonderful place to call home for 60 days while we explored 30A in search of our forever home. It was perfect for my family to experience all that the Blue Mountain area has to offer. We are very grateful to Sarah for allowing us to call her home our own for a while.
