We aim to be great neighbors. Therefore, we’ve installed a nest camera at the doorbell, one outside the garage, and a camera in the garage to monitor the property and ensure only 6 guests. This is NOT a property for parties. We have a strict policy of only 6 guests in the property and a quiet time of 10 pm. If violated, guests will be removed from the property without refund.
