Our stay exceeded our expectations! We had family from 3-86 years young and everyone had the time of their lives. Our son gave it a 100 stars and we all agreed with him! Sarah was great too!! We will definitely be back!

Our first extended family trip with all the kids was a HUGE success at Sarah’s place. The kids had so many fun activities. The kitchen was LOADED with every pot/pan/kitchen utensil you’d ever need. The beds were so comfy and the gas fireplace was convenient and cozy! I HIGHLY recommend staying here- it was a dream Thanksgiving for our family.

We spent 2 nights at the cabin right before Thanksgiving. We could easily sleep all 12 of us and there were plenty of things for our kids to do while we were there. The cabin had everything we needed and was just like the description. Sarah was very helpful when we had any questions!

My family and I came for a relaxing getaway before Thanksgiving. We wanted to be able to get somewhere and just relax without really having to leave. There was plenty to do! We never got bored and it was everything we were looking for. The host responded quickly throughout the process. The residence was well stocked, had comfortable beds, games, a hottub for when it got chilly and of course was aesthetically pleasing. It had it all! Thank you so much for having us in your beautiful cabin and we hope to visit again in the future!!

Sarah’s place was a fantastic find. The neighborhood is being revitalized with new builds and remodels, and the location is ideal—just 15 minutes to downtown and a straight shot to Fort Worth. The home was spotless, exactly as described, and incredibly comfortable. Sarah was a responsive and attentive host, making communication easy throughout the stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and reliable place to stay.

Wow! Beautiful! Beautiful home! Thank you so much Chad & Sarah. As busy as they are, always available when you need anything and they send you great recommendations for anything you might want to do for fun or home use in Dallas. The house is way better in photos and great furnishings.Beds are so comfortable and immaculate bathrooms. Very safe neighbourhood and literally 10secs walk to all the great shopping and dining. I would definitely check out their other properties too.I encourage them to open a hotel! I would be the first to book a stay!😩😂 This home is the best for long term stays and if you’re with family. Great job Sarah & Chad.

Loved this place! Very accommodating for our big group. The basketball court was a huge hit. A few of us even forgot our toiletries so it was really nice that there were some on hand for us! The host was very responsive and helpful! If we come back we will definitely stay here again!

We were a group of 16, and we had an amazing experience. The cabin is spacious, peaceful, and located in a beautiful part of Broken Bow. Everything was clean, well-kept, and perfect for a large group getaway. Sarah was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and she made sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Broken Bow. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great weekend getaway. The cabin is very conveniently located. It had a lot of games for kids to keep them busy and engaged. The full size basketball court is a great perk. All in all we had a great stay.

this place is amazing, looks just like photos and cant beat the location.. Sara was always so helpful and kind... I will definitely be booking with her again …. the beds and linens were amazing great views of city lights at night... I would recommend this place to anyone. top notch !!!!!! . thanks for hosting us !!!!!
